Client Requirements

Despite strong product appeal, Megh Studio lacked structured SEO, data tracking, ad strategy, and performance reporting. They were receiving traffic, but much of it wasn’t converting or traceable. Their product pages were not SEO-optimized, tracking infrastructure was minimal, and paid ads were sporadic with limited ROI insights. As an online-first fashion brand, Megh Studio needed a comprehensive digital marketing overhaul.

Their key goals were:

  • Boost organic visibility for product categories and individual garments
  • Establish strong tracking and data visibility for marketing and sales performance
  • List and optimize products on platforms like Google Shopping
  • Run strategic ad campaigns across Google and Meta
  • Create engaging content formats such as carousels and videos for ads
  • Get regular insights into what’s working and where to improve

To address these requirements, DMC delivered a phased strategy built on six essential pillars: SEO, Analytics, Google Shopping Setup, Paid Campaigns, YouTube Marketing, and Performance Reporting.

01 Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

The foundation of Megh Studio’s long-term discoverability began with strategic SEO efforts focused on e-commerce growth.

  • Created and submitted a clean Sitemap to improve crawlability

  • Implemented keyword strategies and meta tags for each product category

  • Conducted an in-depth SEO audit to identify and resolve gaps

  • Optimized on-page SEO for product pages including titles, descriptions, and meta tags

  • Integrated dynamic product Schema to improve Google Shopping results and organic reach

  • Edited and optimized product descriptions for better engagement and search performance

  • Added OG tags for improved social media sharing and link previews

  • Deployed an XML product feed and advanced schema markup for enhanced visibility

The key focus areas were:

  • Category Optimization: Keywords and meta tags were strategically applied across high-value categories like Sarees, Lehengas, Suit Sets, and Kids Wear — now the most visited sections per analytics data.
  • Product Page SEO: Each product was equipped with optimized schema, titles, descriptions, and OG/meta tags. The use of dynamic product schema played a crucial role in achieving Google Shopping visibility.
  • Content Revamp: More than 20 product descriptions were rewritten to incorporate high-intent keywords, brand USPs, and compelling messaging.

Outcome: The SEO efforts directly contributed to a measurable increase in organic traffic. Category pages emerged as top performers, accounting for 13%–33% of overall views. In particular, the Sarees category alone garnered 48,543 views in March, making it the highest-performing segment.

 

02 Web Analytics & Tracking

To measure what matters, robust tracking infrastructure was set up:

  • Google Analytics (GA) was configured with e-commerce tracking enabled

  • Google Search Console (GSC) was integrated for better indexing and performance tracking

  • Monthly dashboards covering sessions, bounce rates, engagement time, conversions, and device/user behavior

  • Key Insight: Website saw 44.8K sessions, 628 Add-to-Carts, and a bounce rate drop of 8%, indicating stronger user retention

03 Google Commerce Management

To extend product reach beyond the website, we handled complete merchant integration:

  • Set up and verified a Google Merchant Center account

  • Implemented product feed integration, ensuring accurate data and eligibility for Shopping Ads

  • Complied with Google’s listing policies to maintain ad approval status

  • Implemented schema and XML feeds to keep listings up-to-date and optimized

  • Key Insight: Enhanced visibility and click-throughs via Shopping Ads; Sarees and Lehengas performed best, also reflected in GSC CTR (Sarees: 4.4%, Lehengas: 2.39%)

 

04 Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads)

A strong PPC strategy was implemented to drive sales, discovery, and remarketing across both search and social channels:

  • Ran dynamic ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, and Shopping Ads, as well as Meta

  • Developed carousel and catalogue ads to showcase the variety and aesthetics of products

  • Deployed video ads that repurposed reels and product footage for broader appeal

  • Targeted users at various touchpoints across their customer journey for higher conversion potential. The audience strategy included: Geo-targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences

05 YouTube Marketing

Megh Studio already had a YouTube channel in place. We focused on reviving and activating the platform by:

  • Pushing their existing reels, campaign videos, and product showcases

  • Repurposing content into Shorts and visual formats optimized for YouTube

  • Result: The refreshed content stream helped reinforce brand recall and improve creative inventory for ads, while tapping into YouTube’s high-engagement ecosystem.
